Orders

Orders will be processed within 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, the delivery time is as follows:

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-8 business days
  • Internationally (outside europe): 7-14 business days

The shipping time provided above is an indication. No rights can be derived from the information provided. Ofinie is not responsible for any delays caused by customs, natural assurances, or transportation and delivery strikes, nor any additional fees imposed after the package has exited Europe.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

When our carrier fails to deliver an order, this order will be cancelled and refunded.

Unfortunately it is not possible to apply a discount code after the order has been placed.

Returns

Because of hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

In case products are received damaged, the customer must contact customer service by mail or through the contact form within 48 hours after receipt. The customer must include their name, the order number and a photos or video of the product.
